Where Bixby has only been around about 2 1/2 to 3yrs. I personally have only been using Bixby really for about maybe 1 year or just over and I have already seen drastic improvements in performance and accuracy over that short amount of time. It is also very clear that Samsung is very serious about it's assistant Bixby, and is putting in a lot of resources into making it better. But anyway you can also see that Samsung is also putting in a lot of resources and to making it better see I have to give them that. I can't get Bixby to respond via type or voice commands.
